I wouldn't stay there again. Air conditioner wasn't cooling very well, so I checked the filter. It's suppose to be cleaned every two weeks if you look at the manual. It hadn't been cleaned in 6 months. After being clean, it worked fine. The restaurant was mediocre at best. I ate at the breakfast bar every day, because I paid in advance. A lot of the food is cold. Chicken is dry from being over cooked. We ordered a meal from the menu when we first got there and it was pretty bad. By the way, if you bring your Amazon Fire Stick to hook up to the TV, it doesn't work. Don't ask me why, but they are paranoid of someone using the HDMI on the TV. I had someone come into the room and change the settings and then change some settings in their system so we could use it.

Good hotel for the area

Good polite check in experience. If you're vegetarian however and require room service you'll have to order via Grab Food as there were only 4 or 5 options in total and all had chicken or beef. The restaurant was more accommodating at dinner time however once I ordered direct from them. I was only the for one night to didn't visit the pool. There was no water in the room, but there were jugs to be filled form the water dispensers dotted around outside the rooms, so this was a nice touch to reduce waste. Not much happening around the hotel itself. Breakfast selection was mostly Asian with a few international options, but there was a large selection of what they did have. Staff are friendly. Given a choice, I would choose somewhere more central, but this was my error in not looking at the map properly when making the booking!

the Harper is a very misleadingly advertised property. My room was really unclean, with a very rank stench that no amount of aircon or disinfectant could remove. The bathroom stank of urine especially after I had a shower, which was very puzzling. There were stains on the chair upholstery, and lot of wear and tear evidence on the furniture, fittings, and floor. the roller blind was broken. the towel hook in the bathroom fell off when i tried to hang something on it. tehre were ants crawling over the desk. the corridor and public areas were not much better. the lift wasn’t working during the afternoon i checked in and noone could give me an explanation. I took to the stairs and was locked in/ our at the final level. scary! after one sleepless night I had enough and just fled the hotel and checked into the neighbouring vasaka hotel. same price and a world of difference. i ended up paying double but at least I was staying in a spanking clean room and bathroom without any smells, bugs, or breakages. I didn’t even bother to ask the front desk for a refund as I had paid in advance through expedia and their level of English was not going to make for a smooth conversation.

I would like to send a complaint on this property. I was unable to get internet access. Reception service was terrible. They don’t pick up the phone. This is not normal to pick up the phone at this hotel. I was calling for ONE HOUR (60 minutes) to get some ice. I had more 30 minutes to get an iron. No one speaks English. The staff is terrible. I highly I recommend such property. No one ever apologized for such poor reception.

SATISFACTORY STAY

THE CHECK IN WAS QUICK. HOTEL STAFF WAS OK. THE ONLY NEGATIVE PART WAS THE CONSTRUCTION, WHICH WAS GOING ON NEAR THE HOTEL. IT WAS A BIT NOISY IF YOU STAY ON ROAD FACING ROOMS.

この値段でこの内容なら言うことはありません。 部屋はキレイです。エアコン、トイレ、シャワー等の不具合もありませんでした。 細かいところでは、TVはもう少し大きい方が良いとか、場所が判りにくいとか、JKT中心から少し離れてるとか、はありますが...　コストパフォーマンスが良いので「不満」にはなりません。

호텔자체는 금액대비 괜찮다고 봅니다만 방은 깨끗하지만.. 자카르타에서 떨어저있어서 그런지 주변지역이 지저분합니다! 주변에 특별히 관광할껏도 없는거 같고..출장에 그냥 호텔에서 잠만가는거면 괜찮다고 보네요. 호텔식사는 가격대비 준수..만루비에서 만오천루피 였던거 같네여..
