The hospitality and genuine kindness of every staff that we have come across, are simply amazing. My wife and I unanimously agreed that everyone and all departments are just extremely helpful. I feel that everybody that we engaged with are so happy to go above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. We absolutely will stay again in such hotel if we are in Jakarta next.
