Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast buffet was nice too, it has a nice location, it is walking distance to a grand mall. The only issue, if you are going to stay in this hotel, I would not recommend standard room. It is quite small and also has old dated furnishings.

The room is outdated. The tv did not work and I informed reception and they said they would send someone up. No one came. I had to go all the way back down to reception to cancel the request so I could go to bed. Check in was nice. The lady was very friendly. I asked if I could check out 1pm instead of 12 and she said that was fine. I got a phone call the morning of checkout after 12 asking if i wanted to stay another nignt or if i was going to check out. Very annoying as I'd asked for the late check out. The room is dark and cramped for the price. It is in desperate need of a refresh. Not worth the price.

Decent hotel in the heart of Jakarta. The bathroom was a little dated but the breakfast and dining options were fantastic. I have never been to a breakfast that required a map to navigate!

Overall an okay hotel. Room is small and outdated. A good value for the price, however. The staffs were excellent, very polite, friendly, and accomodating. The location is great, itnis close to shopping area. But the room needs some major refresh.

Okay for short stay

Friendly service, clean room and great food! The room and bathroom are tiny so I don’t recommend staying in this hotel for more than 2 days! Everything is outdated. I don’t like the security of the hotel compound. It seems like pedestrians use the hotel area to cut through to go the back street.

Nice location, excellent breakfast but noisy room.

Nice location and nice view to Plaza Indonesia Bunderan HI. Breakfast has a lot of variety and worth the money. BUT very noisy as the windows are not sound proof. Can hear busy traffic til midnight. Please invest in sound proofing then it will be perfect.

If you have allergies, notice: all the rooms in the old building have carpet and down pillows. For me it was an unpleasant stay in the room. Room was tired and outdated. Breakfast was very good.
