DON'T STAY HERE

Staff were unfriendly in regards to sending up 2 extra pillows, wanted to charge me for that. They would not provide a bowl or spoon from the kitchen. I wanted no food after kitchen was closed just a bowl for some soup and a spoon, they told me no. The bed was too hard and pillows were not filled enough. Noise from street and mosque 🕌 way too loud. Don't stay here.

Loud noise and hard beds with bugs in room.

The room was too close to the road and mosque. I could hear chanting all day long and speeding motorcycles all night. Also the bed was very hard and ants and buzzing bugs were in or around the bed all night. Not sure if bed bugs or ants but felt them on my neck. I asked to move rooms due to these issues and they never apologized or upgraded my room even k ow I am a gold Member.

Recommended Hotel in Jakarta

Very good location, great service, good breakfast, very clean, the only thing you need to know the rooms are very small and the beds are hard a bit but I does not matter to me.

利便性の高いエリア

ジャカルタ滞在の際に利用しましたが、値段の割に綺麗でした。チキニは日本人の間でそこまで有名じゃないかもしれませんが、タクシーも捕まえやすく渋滞も少なく、買い物にも困らないので過ごしやすかったです。

The room is hot and dirty.. I called the enginering but it wasn't help at all. The aircon still hot. The remote TV also broken until they need to change it.

we were stranded and decided to stay for 1 night in Jakarta. room was small but enough for our need, and we got it really cheap, so can't complain really. staff were nice, and nice breakfasts as well

good choice

Staff was very helpful to accommodate my request to switch the room. At the beginning I had a small room with a blurred window opens to the hotel inside hall. Hotel staff was very friendly in assisting to look for a better room. Facilities were decent, clean and practical. Only, the twin bed is small, even for myself 160 cm, and the mattress is quite hard. Maybe because it is a new one, because the other bed in the room is the same. Location of the hotel is very strategic, close to train station, cultural festival TIM and restaurants, 24hrs indomaret all next door. All in all, it was a good choice and will not hesitate to stay here again.

bonne option économique à Jakarta

Hôtel bien situé, à côté d'un 7 Eleven et d'un Starbucks. En face de délicieux restos et d'un super centre de massages / réflexologie. Pas trop loin d'un des arrêts pour le bus touristique gratuit. Personnel extraordinairement prévenant, souriant et efficace. Mais prestations de l'hôtel ordinaires: hall très beau MAIS chambre banale, douche au drain bloqué, moisissures près du lavabo, matelas très dur, wifi coupe toujours. Le petit dejeuner ne vaut pas l'extra $. Donc les points forts sont le personnel, le prix et la localisation. Les chambres auraient besoin d'un petit fresh up ET le dejeuner pourrait être amélioré. Ça reste toutefois un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Comfortable hotel in the heart of Jakarta

The hotel is very comfortable and located strategically in the center of the city. There are lots of places to eat, theater and very close to the train station. The hotel is clean and very friendly hotel staff. Will definitely come back again.

Keutamaan hotel ini bagi saya, krn bed nya yg keras, sangat menunjang kenyamanan tulang punggung di pagi hari. Tidak disarankan bagi keluarga yg membawa anak. Hal yg tdk biasa yg bs menjadi catatan traveller, Toilet & Kamar mandi terpisah, ini mungkin saja membuat tdk nyaman. Note bagi hotel: dgn kondisi toilet dan kamar mandi yg terpisah, sebaiknya keset kaki nya pun di beri 2 di masing masing pintu. Sbg orang indonesia, kita blm terbiasa dgn toilet kering. Perlu dipikirkan juga, mengingat sbg muslimah, sy terpaksa ambil wudhu di toilet, yg otomatis membuat toilet basah

The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and hotel staffs are polite. Amenities a bit insufficient, for example they don't provide tissue paper. Other than that I will still recommend this hotel to others!

gutes faires Hotel in zentraler Lage

Gut gelegen in der Nähe von Monas. Sehr gute und vor allem hübsche Restaurants und Cafés auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber. Kleiner Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Taxis rufen lassen ist kein Problem (am besten Blue Bird) oder Grab Car nutzen.

Recht zentral gelegen. Mit Taxi oder GrabCar kommt man schnell zu Monas oder Istiqlal-Moschee, aber auch Grand Indonesia ist nicht zu weit entfernt.

Friendly and helpful staff although difficult to communicate in English. Good location to visit the monument and museum. Rooms and specially bathroom need maintenance as they are not in best condition.
