All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. You can ask them with directions and tours. The location is the best. Very centrally located. Very clean as well. The only thing is that the taxi will not take you to the front of the hotel because it's a walking zone. It's about 5 minutes walk. But other than that, it's the best stay in Rome. Me and my husband were very happy with our stay. Danny gave us the room with the balcony. Plus it is few minutes walk to Spanish Steps and local restaurants. I really recommend this hotel. Very happy with my stay.

Great location, great hotel.
The only downfall is in the mornings, you will wait a good 15 minutes or more for an elevator.
I suggest taking the stairs.
Also, Bathroom doors are frosted glass so if you like privacy, this place is not for you.

This was a great location by Times Square but on a side street so pretty quiet. The room was comfortable and clean with renovated bathroom. This is an historic hotel and could sure use some attention. Taped down carpets. Brass needs polishing in the elevators. Staircases need cleaning. Great staff and felt quite safe.
