Astana Wing - Riverside Majestic Hotel

"Everything was good. Allowed my wife and me to be checked in at 9am as we arrived early and then changed our room to a full beautiful view of the riverfront with a complete sunset view. Staff are friendly. The 11th floor lounge is fabulous with nice ambience and good food. Only huge setback was the aircon. After two occasions of service employees attending to my complaints over the temp, it was not resolved, blaming the issue with air con system error. Had close to warm days and sweaty nights, with air con temp at 16°/full fan! About to check out later this evening but the air con issue has not been settled!"

"A hotel within a historical building, great location, a pool, nice little free breakfast with amazing coffee and a huge basket of tiny bananas among other. Would return. Maybe too many stairs for disabled guests."
