"沢山のホテルがあるバンドンで、敢えてココを選ぶ必要はないのかなあ、と思いました。幹線道路に近く騒音がひどい。部屋に冷蔵庫がない。バスタブもない。これで四つ星とは…お値段もそこそこしますしね。シャワーの勢いも今ひとつ。シャワーブースから水が漏れるんで床が水浸しに。"

"Overall, our stay was good. The staff could speak English, and were very helpful, helping us with directions, as well as problems with our Grab car. We were also given free bottles of water each day and a decent Indonesian breakfast. The room was basic, but had a large bed which was clean and comfortable. There is an open-plan shopping mall about 10 minutes walk away, which had a large supermarket and lots of eateries. "

"Stayed 2 nights in their Family Room. Rates are affordable, room is a tad small for 4 adults but it's alright. We had a decent stay. Breakfast spread is not huge - filled with local food. Not much healthy options but it'll do. Location is excellent as it's just across the road from s shopping mall Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk). Loads of stores along the roads to patronise. Staff are friendly and nice."

"The hotel is excellent as well as the service rendered from the staff for the level of hotel rated. Awesome breakfast buffet spread. Spacious room. 이 호텔은 걍 괜다. 방을 크고 편하다. 아침 식사 엄청좋고 맛있다. Some room for improvements: > Gym: needs more aircon and ventilation > Room amenities: some are old/broken - to check before guests checks in (eg. kettle, tv remote control battery) > Business Center: set up a side or space for business center for guests to do their work whilst waiting for check-in or...

"No issues during check in but air cond in the room need to do some servicing as it was not cool at all. Room key card was unable to use and I had to wait about 15 mins for technician to come and replace a new card."
