"It has a great view. However there are some serious issues. 1. Kitchen does not have stove, making it of limited use (yes they have some other equipment - but that can’t replace a stove) 2. There is no exhaust in the kitchen 3. Worst is bathroom door opens in the kitchen 4. Though there is quite time till 8:00 AM, there were a lot of noise of kids/dog running etc. from 4-5 AM from the upstairs where host live, I believe."

"The unit was easy to get into, clean, quiet, and had nice linens and towels. We really didn't use the kitchen - but appreciated the keurig machine and complimentary coffee pods. The filtered water pitcher was a life saver and was very useful. The wifi was fast enough for our streaming needs. The rooms were generously sized and the closets had hangers. Nightstands on each side of the bed were perfect, and the luggage stand was a nice accoutrement. A thing outside the owner's control was the low water pressure on the shower head - but similar to a lot of hotels we have stayed at. We would definitely stay there again and have recommended it to my son who is planning a visit soon."

"This was a very nice property and even had air conditioning which is rare for Alaska. Very clean. Super accommodating staff. We used the on site laundry which was very clean. Great location as well."

"Great rooms at a breathtaking location, hosted by a proprietor who is the soul of hospitality. Some folks genuinely care about others. You’ll meet one of those special folks here. We’re already planning ahead. On our Next trip, we will arrange to stay longer and take time to enjoy the breakfast. Thank you so very much!"

"great cabin we plan to make this our stay when we travel to anchorage as we travel down quite a bit and left it as clean as when we walked in very very nice comfortable beds and great place to stay very quiet and in the trees got a fire pit out side in the trees"

"Me, my son and grandson were going to Wasilla for a few days. This was exactly what we needed. Two bedroom, two bath right on Lake Wasilla. 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants. Yes it's a great location. Up one flight of stairs, you'll find a large kitchen, two queen beds, and a beautiful view of the lake. Eat at Burn Pizza for a great thin pizza. It's right behind Sportsman's Warehouse.Fred Meyer is right down the street."
