"Our room was clean and roomy. Hot tub was not working, we were not notified ahead of time, and there was NO plan to fix it or to compensate us in any way. "

"Great place just north of Carlsbad, so you're a little out of the way, but only minutes from some good food and drink options. We tried El Jimador and Yellow Brix for lunches and Lucky Bull for dinner. All solid options. Massage chair was a bonus (along with fresh blueberry muffins). Carlsbad Caverns was about 40 minutes away and Guadalupe Mountains National park was about an hour. Definitely recommend. "

"Room was large and clean, staff was friendly and breakfast had good options. WiFi was so slow it was useless and there are some repairs that needed to be made in the room. Overall happy with our stay though. "
