"Newly renovated. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Good location in town. Only 2 negatives, no coffee maker or micro in room. We weren't given information on the breakfast. We had an early day, and went down around 0600 in hopes of at least coffee. Nothing was available. Maybe it's later on a weekend and we were just too early, but weren't aware of the hours. Would stay again."

"Love the house! Was the perfect place for our vacation. Close to Roswell and just north of Artesia. We loved the decor, the beds were super comfy, and the property was so quiet. Sandra was great, always responsive and very helpful. We truly appreciated having the opportunity to stay at her home."

"My family stayed at this wonderful house while visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Sitting Bull Falls. We loved how organized and labeled everything was in the kitchen. The kids really enjoyed the game room, especially the pool table. They were also thrilled to be responsible for feeding the Koi fish during our stay.The location was an easy drive to each of our adventures, and the house was also very quiet at night. We would definitely recommend this house!"
