"The view was more roof top than beach, but you can see the beach from the room. Great comfy bed. Fantastic shower. Restaurant and bar staff we all lovely. Outdoor terrace area had a lot of cockroaches running around and the carpet in the hallways smelt pretty musty. Disappointed that parking wasn’t included considering how expensive the room was. We had to park a couple of blocks away and it was absolutely pouring with rain. Walkway around driveway/reception entry extremely slippery when wet. "

"Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room had an unpleasant smell, the fridge was not working, and the carpet was very dirty. The cabinets were outdated and the overall condition of the room did not feel clean. The air conditioner was located only in the hallway, so both bedrooms were extremely hot. The area was also very noisy, and we were unable to sleep properly. Because of the cleanliness concerns, we didn’t feel comfortable using most of the facilities in the room. Communication was good by email Not by phone . "
