My room was the connecting room to the next room. A family including a small kid seemed to stay at the next room. Due to the structure of the connecting room and the thin wall, I could directly hear the noise from this family at the night and very early morning. That’s very embarrassed and irritated me. So it’s better that the hotel could properly allocate the room based on the composition of the number or the purpose of stay.

i booked for the non smoking room, and had to sign letter that i will obey the non-smoking policy, but when i entered the room it was cigarette smell. i protested and immediately got the replacement. the point is that the hotel should make sure the non-smoking room is free of smoke as well

No free breakfast

Feel disappointed about the free breakfast. It was stated when I booked this hotel there was a free breakfast. But when I came to hotel there was no free breakfast and hotel management told me that indeed this travel agent usually has a problem with free breakfast. I don’t know whether its travel agent/hotel management fault. But next time, it will be better if travel agent doesn’t trick us with “free breakfast” in fact there none. Over than that, All was good

The hotel is best facility in town The staff were incompetent The staff at front desk obtuse and belligerent The restaurant food subpar The restaurant was empty- we ordered drinks and it took over an hour to get cold coffee and hot fruit juices Spoke to management several times yet staff never could get things right.
