Schöner Erholungsurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war urgemütlich und war mit allem was man so benötigt ausgestattet. Leider wurden schon seid längerem die Spinnweben nicht entfernt und auch die Wandfliesen wiesen noch alte Flecken auf. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und was Ausflugsziele angeht hatte er einige gute Tipps. Der Spielplatz hinterm Haus war schön angelegt und lud mit Liegen zum Ausruhen ein. Leider konnten wir den Spielplatz auf Grund einer Armeisenplage nicht wirklich nutzen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und läd zum spazieren gehen ein. Mit dem Auto kann man aber problemlos schöne Tagesausflüge machen. Fazit, wir und unsere Kinder haben uns wohl gefühlt und wenn wir nochmal Ruhe vom Alltagsstress brauchen kommen wir gerne wieder.

Uns hat es gut gefallen, freundlicher Empfang mit guter Einweisung, alles ordentlich und sauber, es war alles da, was man so braucht, extra Handtücher gabs auch noch, aus unserer Sicht absolut empfehlenswert.

Ruhige Tage im Wendland

Meine Frau und ich waren für eine knappe Woche in der Ferienwohnung mit unserem Hund anlässlich meiner Jägerprüfung in Lüchow. Wir haben die Ruhe in dem denkmalgeschützten Haus sehr genossen und Herr Dost war ein ausgesprochen freundlicher und engagierter Vermieter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in Lüchow sind mit dem Auto von dort aus sehr schnell zu erreichen. Wir können es nur empfehlen

Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Das Objekt hat leider stark nach Rauch gerochen. Sehr unangenehm. Die sog. Küchenzeile war klein und sehr einfach. Insgesamt haben wir uns in dem Objekt sehr unwohl gefühlt und sind auch eher abgereist.

Gemütliche, kleine, rustikale Wohnung!

Die Wohnung hat zwar schon ein paar Jährchen auf dem Buckel und hatte hier und da ein paar kleine Gefahrenstellen für unsere krabbelnde Tochter, aber sie war gemütlich und sehr ruhig gelegen. Herr Dost war ein freundlicher und sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber!

Dunkel, steile Treppe mit Sturzgefahr für ältere Personen oder mit körperlichen Einschränkungen

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr steile Treppe zwischen dem ersten Stock (Toilette) und dem zweiten Stock (Schlafräume). Die Treppe ist für ältere Menschen oder Personen mit Handicap ein echtes Hindernis und gefährlich, ebenso für kleine Kinder. Ich hatte die Wohnung für meine 86 jährige Mutter angemietet - da in der Beschreibung nichts von zwei Ebenen oder einer Treppe erwähnt ist - und wir konnten die Übernachtung wegen der Sturzgefahr nicht wahrnehmen. Geld gab es leider auch nicht zurück. Ausserdem ist die Wohnung im Souterrain und deshalb dunkel und ungemütlich.
