Able to text owner with quick responses. Parking provides 2 spots and is easy access. Negatives: none. Really would come back and want to stay at the same place every year. "

"Poor host room was not clean. No cooking pots or pans. Limited silverware. We had to buy are our own cookware? gate fob didn't work half the time lighting was poor bulbs burnt out not even close to enough toilet paper needs a serious upgrade "
