Beautiful Peek'n Peak Highlands Condo

Beautifully updated Highlands Condo! Come stay at this impressive 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Highlands residence at Peek'n Peak Resort. Beautifully designed, this home offers spacious living and entertaining areas and a well equipped kitchen. The basement offers a large living room with an additional fireplace, utility room with a brand new washer and dryer, and two bedrooms. The main living room has new 75" smart TV, as well as a new 65" smart TV in the basement living room. Every bedroom also has TV's connected to Spectrum cable. Wifi throughout the entire residence. New furniture has been added to the main living room, as well as new outdoor patio furniture on the upper deck. New dining room table that seats 6 comfortably. Other living room and bedroom furniture is being replaced as quickly as the supply chain will allow. This home is close to both ski and golf as well as the 5 restaurants and other activities Peek'n Peak offers. It is our hope to make this residence as beautiful and comfortable for you to enjoy every time you have an event at the Peek.

Great getaway for new years

Loved everything about the place .. very well keep home ..very clean ,lots of space for r entire family 8 adults and 7 children everything we needed and more would definitely stay again

Nice family get away

We really enjoyed our stay at Mark's property. There were so many thoughtful touches... lots of comfy blankets, snacks for our arrive and cute decorations for the holiday. The location was beautiful and we enjoyed the bar and restaurant at the resort. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in western NY again.

Spacious and beautiful condo is a great place to stay.

This is our second stay at this condo and our stay was absolutely perfect. We stayed longer this time so we could relax and spend more time there after seeing relatives in Erie, PA. Absolutely beautiful, spacious and well-equipped, we can’t wait to return again. Great views on the golf course too!! Thanks to the owners for hosting our family of 10.

Annual family ski weekend

We have stayed here for the past 3 years for a family ski weekend. The property is perfect for our family. Our grandchildren love it! Mark always provides lots of snacks. The condo has everything we need. Mark is extremely responsive to any questions we have. He is an amazing host.

Our favorite VRBO yet!

This was the best experience we’ve had with a VRBO. House was amazing and well laid out. Loved the fireplaces. House was decorated for Valentine’s Day- adorable! Loved all the sweet treats and coffee. Great communication. Can’t say enough good things. Will be rebooking for next year ASAP.

Peek'n Peak Condo

Perfect place for my family, 8 adults and 6 kids. We hosted dinners for my extended family during our family reunion. Couldn't have worked out better!

Pknpk family ski weekend

This is the second year we stayed at this condo. It meets all of our needs for a family weekend - spacious, well stocked. Mark is a gracious host and always provides beverages and snacks. We love coming here.

Winter escape

A gracious host, that welcomed us with snacks, chocolates, water and wine. The lock box worked well and the home was still decorated for Christmas even the weather cooperated delivering an additional 4-6 inches of snow for the slopes.

This house was amazing! There so much room and so many things to do just at the house - Pool table, TV streaming, games, fire pit, puzzles, gambling, and fully stocked kitchen! The "welcome" was beyond anything we experienced at a VRBO - Wine, candy, smores, chips, cereal, coffee pods!

Family Reunion

Amazing host and condo!

We’ve stayed here multiple times now and will continue to come back to Mark’s condo. He’s very accommodating and has tons of extra goodies for the guests. The condo is always very clean, easy to access, and well stocked for all our needs. As before, we will be back again!

The host left welcome wine, snacks, and candy which was a lovely surprise. The home had a well stocked kitchen including spices and condiments, comfortable furnishings, a pool table and lots of games, plenty of TVs, and a fire pit. The host is responsive and accommodating. I wish all VRBO hosts had his hospitality.

The pics don't do this place justice

We had an incredible time at Mark's place, everything went smoothly. The grandkids couldn't believe all the goodies and snacks in the baskets, the adults also enjoyed the beverages left. The kids took over the second floor and they thought they were in paradise. Can't wait for next year.

Perfect location for a stay at the Peak.

The location is great for attending an event at thr Peak. We rented for a family wedding. There is plenty of room for a large group. We had 8 adults and were very comfortable. The house is well equipped with linens and pots/pans. There was also a great supply of snacks on hand. The owner is very quick to reply to any questions that are sent. We highly recommend this property if you need to stay in the area.

Ski weekend for our Anniversary

We had a great stay for our 36th Wedding Anniversary! All of our kids and their better halves all came up to ski/ride! We also had good friends we met on a camping trip for the weekend, and had a great time skiing, snowshoeing and hanging out at Mark's Condo. It was a time for making great memories. This is our third stay and Mark does it right! The condo is roomy and comfy. The extra's he provides are a great touch! The communication with him was easy and his reply's were speedy! Definately a repeat in the future.

girlfriends weekend

Seven girlfriends celebrating our 60th birthdays gathered here for the weekend. The home was absolutely beautiful and was outfitted with everything we could’ve ever needed for the weekend. We especially appreciated the baskets of candy and wine and snacks. There were plenty of linens and cozy blankets. We would all love to stay here again.

Family and friends weekend

The condo was great! It was clean. The host was very responsive. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and small appliances we needed to cook meals. Our kids loved the pool table and the large tv in the lower level. It is a short drive to the top of the main lift making it easy to drop off and pick up skiers. We will book this condo again.

New Year’s weekend

The house was amazing! We had 4 adults and 8 teenagers in our group. Weather wasn’t optimal for skiing so the teens enjoyed the fire-pit, pool table, and board games provided. The snacks and s’more supplies that were provided were a big hit too! The house was also fully decorated for Christmas which made it feel like a second home. Everything was fully stocked in the kitchen including paper products, condiments and spices. We will definitely stay again!

Easy Easy Easy

The house really has many extras!! From bath bombs, crock pot, lots of coffee pods, candy basket to Easy access to top of hill (2 minute drive) to drop off skiers for first tracks!! The summer party garage is perfect to keep food, etc cold in winter! My family enjoyed the pool table and cozy basement!! Not to mention their games closet! Most of us went Tubing and it was a blast!!

Felt like home!

The whole process, from searching to booking to obtaining access was easy and went smoothly. Communication and responses to questions were quick. As we pulled into Peek and Peak and drove to the condo, we all we impressed with how well the grounds were kept. Upon entering the condo, we were pleasantly surprised to find a goody basket on the dining table for our grandchildren. A few more steps in and we found a goody basket for the grownups which consisted of wine and chocolates. The home was stocked with plenty of blankets, pillows, towels kitchenware, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, creamers, bottled water, and even condiments, all a pleasant surprise as we arrived very early in the morning. On the lower level patio was another goody basket with the goods to create s’mores over the gas fire pit. We gave this VRBO the highest rating across the board! Thank you to the Host for being so thoughtful!!
