Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all trash bags in the large bin out on back porch by the grill. Be sure if grill was used it is cleaned, lid closed and cover back on. Check to ensure nothing is left on the porches.
Please turn off all indoor lights, leave the front porch light on and ensure all windows and doors are securely locked. Set AC to 74F in summer or 62F in winter. Leave all towels/sheets on bath floor.
Pets must be fully crated when left alone in house. Pets must be leashed when outside of the house. Guests are required to clean up after pets in the yard. Poop bags are provided in kitchen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Property operates on septic . Flush ONLY toilet paper. No grease down the sink. Guests are held responsible for plumbing bills caused by improper use
Please park only on the gravel to protect all septic lines. Please remove all hiking, riding or muddy shoes at the front door as to not bring in mud.
Please remember that trash attracts wildlife in the country. Keep all trash in bags and place in the container provided.
