Peaceful, clean, country home - Big enough for your family/friends, small enough to feel cozy and quaint. Indoor & outdoor space to enjoy. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, open-concept kitchen/dining/living area. Surrounded by yard space with fire pit, and back deck with table/seating and grill. Pet friendly.

Great location & reasonable accommodation for anyone coming to the area for lake/seasonal/outdoor activities, visiting for special events or holidays, local attractions, or a low-key vacation or staycation.

Rural setting but just 5-10 minutes from Chautauqua Lake, Jamestown, Bemus Point, Cassadaga, Falconer. Short drive to Chautauqua Institution, National Comedy Center, Lucille Ball attractions, Chautauqua Harbor Hotel, Southern Tier Brewery.

Loved the location being out of town and quiet, house was set up very nice for a stay with extra toiletries and essentials, only thing I wish there were two larger beds for couples, overall good affordable place to stay

Annual CHQ vacation

This beautiful and spacious home was perfect. We also had our dog and the layout and yard worked perfectly for him. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, check this place out.

We stayed in this cute house for a girls overnight after attending a concert at the Chautauqua Institute. The house was clean and so comfortable in a pretty country setting. Sadie was great at answering our questions and we had such a nice time. Thank you for hosting us!

Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted with an adorable welcome note, and there were amble towels, paper products, and even small essentials that you might overlook, such as shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes and toothpaste. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained. Firewood was provided, and the deck outside was thoughtfully arranged with a lovely fire pit in the middle of the yard. There was a minor issue with the water pressure on one side of the house where the main bathroom is located. However, the owners were incredibly responsive! Within an hour of being contacted, they arrived to fix the issue from the outside without needing to come indoors. Once the repair was completed, they asked me to confirm that everything was working properly before leaving. Amazing service! I would stay again.

Comfortable Home

Our stay was really good. The house was very clean and cozy. Only wish the air conditioners were there. Other than that we had a great experience at this residence.
