Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Staff friendly but very unprofessional, both security guards very helpful, hot water not working one of the days, breakfast not to standard, all Buffett style, cook no where to be seen, cleanliness is a problem. Bathrooms need a thorough clean. Rooms are not being maintained, so the property is becoming run down. Refurbishment required.
