"The whole environment is clean and security is good but the room smells bad.had to deodorise before sleeping for my entire stay. Also,the bathroom shower curtain is horrible,it wraps your body when bathing and its very irritating...besides these two problems,i cant complain about the rest."

"My family was excited to spend the new year's weekend in east London as we were staying in a rural area just outside. The staff were fantastic and we felt safe and comfortable. Our only regret is the pool needed attention from the time we arrived and never got any up until we left. The pool was one of the draws and it was a bit too far gone for us to even clean with the basket ourselves (which we would have gladly done.) I loved though the space we had and the little braai area and kitchen....

"The place was convenient and people were easy, ironing boards, dryers available on request. Other guests were kind. The only thing was noticing the bed headboard being dirty, side stand with beautiful lamp also dirty."
