The mansion consists of two spacious, fully equipped penthouses and one additional terrace apartment directly below, each featuring its own living area, kitchen, terrace, and separate entrance. Please note that there are no connecting doors between the three units, making it ideal for larger families or groups who want to stay close while still enjoying their own space and privacy.

Each of the three living rooms is styled with calming tropical décor and cozy furnishings, creating the perfect environment to relax, cool down, and spend quality time with your loved ones. Wide doors open to large terraces with breathtaking views over the Spanish Water Lagoon—perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks.

All three units feature a modern, fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your favorite meals or try out local recipes. The adjacent dining areas offer beautiful views by day and transform into intimate gathering spaces at night.
