Welcome to this brand-new luxury villa, scheduled for completion in mid-2026, where comfort, style, and relaxation come together. An ideal place for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends.

The ground floor features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own luxury bathroom. There’s also a cosy central area where you can relax together or enjoy a fun game of foosball.

The fourth bedroom is located in a separate apartment (also on the ground floor) and features its own bathroom as well as a cosy living room with a kitchenette. This apartment can be rented as an option and is perfect if you’re travelling with more than 8 guests.

A beautiful staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find the stylish living room with direct access to the spacious terraces and the pool. The master bedroom is also located here and offers plenty of privacy and comfort.

Outside, the ultimate holiday experience awaits: a pool with comfortable lounging areas, a real pool bar, and next to it, a cosy palapa (sunken seating area) where you can relax and enjoy long, balmy days and evenings.

The spacious terraces are furnished with various seating areas and lounge chairs, offering both sunny and shaded spots so everyone can find their favourite spot.
