"The owners are new and are doing a fantastic job with the property making our stay wonderful. They were very nice to us and would ask if we needed anything which we have never had happen at other properties we visited. If you see a bad review from another person it is because they were caught smoking in the bedroom and were asked to leave. We could smell the smoke and those people deserved to be kicked out. This family owned business is wonderful and you will be treated like family if you stay"

"This property is off the beaten path! Surrounded by farmland. There is a train track directly across the street and trains did run through the night along with their loud whistles. Room was clean, but carpet definitely needs to be replaced. Furniture in room was old. No elevator so had to walk up with our luggage to the second level. Air-conditioning worked great! Breakfast was included but very limited. Coffee, cereal, yogurt, bread products and make your own waffles. No protein options offered. Not posh, but clean and a good value."
