"The stay was wonderful and everyone was super hospitable, only thing was a pipe bursted in the middle of the night and it left me and my toddler trying to figure out the best exit and once outside there weren’t any clear instructions when allowed back in. Thank goodness for the teachers that were there that took a lead on the situation. "

"Only one very young employee that greeted us at the front desk when we arrived late in the evening was disappointing. After that, it was like the old days. Lots of pride and professionalism that I just don’t see very often nowadays, no matter how much I pay. I believe the general manager spoke to me one morning and inquired not only about my breakfast, but about my overall experience. I know that this is the Midwest and these people are famous for their manners, but I’ve stayed down the road before and it wasn’t like this. The breakfast is as advertised. If you stay in Madison, I doubt very much that you would be disappointed staying here. I know I will be back the next time I am in town. I rarely give such high praise, but this place deserves it."
