Big skies, sunsets and 360 degrees of privacy and prairie views. Cozy, comfy and completely remodeled two-bedroom one bath home just 25 minutes from Mankato, 10 minutes to America's Glory Barn (aka JR's Barn) and 20 minutes to wedding/conference venues in Waseca.

All new inside and out with open floor plan from kitchen to dining to living spaces. Squeaky clean private bedrooms and bath, plus a Tempur-Pedic queen mattress in the sleeper sofa. Enjoy the big backyard with no neighbors in sight. Enjoy the sunsets from the great room or hang out in the attached garage for sheltered and casual connections to the vast outdoor spaces.

The Backyard Bar and Grill in Pemberton (6 miles) is a local favorite for food and fun and the Indian Island Winery hosts live weekend entertainment just 11 miles down quiet country roads. Or take a leisurely drive (or walk) around Mott Lake wildlife area (less than 1 mile) or take in the pastoral views from country lanes along Bull Run Creek just a mile north.

Less than half-hour drive to Mankato, Waseca, Mapleton, Janesville, New Richland, Wells, Waldorf, and St. Clair.
