Our stay at Shilla Stay was wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We accidentally left some items on the airport transit, and with a simple call to the hotel, the staff were able to assist us with recovering them. They also helped arrange a bus for our return trip to the airport on the day of our departure, which made everything much easier.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and overall, we had a great experience.
The only area I would suggest improving is the vegan food selection. While we appreciated having some vegan options available, the selection was quite limited. What was provided was enough to hold us over until we could get food elsewhere, but it would have been wonderful to see more options for vegan guests, particularly those who do not consume any dairy products.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated the excellent service from the staff!

The property was clean and easy to stay. Rooms are quite small and building is getting a bit dated for the price we paid but it worked out fine for our need.
Rooms were clean and it is very close to train. You can take the AREX all stops directly from ICN very easily. I would stay here again if need be.
