Carol and her team — Lucas Jacinto, Matheus, Son, Amanda, Rivaldo, Alexandre, Ricardo (Everyone on Her Team) — and also the outstandingly courteous, professional, and friendly team at the hotel’s restaurant (Compota) — Lucas, Augusto, and remaining team members, always go above and beyond to make my stay special. They even made me a special team (on the house!) when they learned I had caught a cold.
