Maisonette near the center of JARD sur Mer

Small house completely renovated, ideal for couples (possibility of a young child); comprising an equipped kitchen with sitting area and television, a bedroom, a bathroom and a shower room.
Outside a terrace with barbecue area. A private parking space.
The house is located in a quiet dead end about 300 meters from downtown shops.
The harbor and the beaches (sand and flat rocks) are nearby (10 to 15 minutes on foot).
At each arrival a mattress protector and a clean duvet cover are available.
Attention, towels and sheets are not provided. In case of forgetfulness, this service is billed.
No WIFI at home.
Provide upon arrival, a certificate of insurance for the desired period. As well as a deposit check of 350 €. Thank you.

Petit séjour de 4 jours au bord de la mer dans un petit gîte très agréable, confortable et très belle déco. Le mari de Jocelyne nous a très bien accueilli.

Maisonnette à Jars sur mer.

Hôtes accueillants, et très réactifs. La maison est joliment décorée et bien optimisée. A deux pas du centre ville. Je conseille vivement cette location.

Une délicieuse maison de poupée

A deux pas des commerces et 20 mn à pied de la mer, cette petite maison très propre et très bien équipée est idéale pour accueillir une personne seule ou un couple. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et disponibles.

Séjour d'été

Nous avons passées un séjour très agréable à Jard-sur-Mer. Nous avons pu admirer de somptueux paysages entre mer, dunes, les marais, forêts de pin, dolmen au cours de nos randonnées journalières. La maison est très agréable, accueillante, dans un secteur calme. Elle est parfaitement équipée, propre et confortable, à 10 minutes à pied de la plage, et à 5 min à pied des commerces. Un grand merci à Jocelyne et Serge pour leur gentillesse et leur bonne humeur. Nous avons énormément apprécié nos échanges d’une grande richesse sur la région et sa nature. Fantastique

Sejour conforme a la disposition, hôte accueillant, accessible en cas de problème chaleureux, Maison bien équipé proche du centre ville, très calme a proximité de tout. Le plus la terrasse cache et les ventilateurs en cas de fortes chaleur Petit séjour fort agréable. Je vous les recommande si vous devez séjourner dans le coin.

A vivre sans modération

Si vous voulez profiter de la côte Vendéenne, si vous êtes 2, cette maisonnette est incontournable. Très, très bien équipée, hyper bien située, elle est gérée par un couple disponible, à l'écoute, qui est là pour vous simplifier la vie. Nous avons passé 14 jours de superbes vacances en Vendée, ce nid douillet en est un élément très important. Merci à Jocelyne et Serge.

superbe petite maison avec tout le confort

Tout a été pensé pour aménager les moindres recoins, avec beaucoup de goût, de cette maisonnette bleue..tout y est au couleur de la mer et on se sent au paradis. Jocelyne et Serge ont pensé à tout, quant aux ustensiles de cuisine, même les tupperwarre ! et dans un camaieu de bleus..On y reviendra avec plaisir ..pour tester les jolis vélos et poursuivre la decouverte de ce coin de Vendée où la mer est si accueillante...ainsi que les propriétaires ( merci pour la délicieuse brioche )
