New, independent 90 m² chalet on one level, fully accessible for guests with reduced mobility and facing south.



Located just 800 m from all amenities, including bakery, supermarkets (open Sunday mornings and with drive-through option), and pharmacy. Only 100 m from forests, so you can start hiking right from the chalet. Fishing in ponds and rivers is available 1 km away. Gérardmer and Xonrupt-Longemer are 25 km away, and the Tendon waterfalls are just 8 minutes by car.



The chalet features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, standard coffee maker, Senseo machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave), lounge/dining area with a sofa bed, large TV, DVD player, and a large bay window opening onto the terrace. The spacious bathroom includes an infrared sauna for two, a large walk-in shower, sink, towel warmer, and hairdryer. Separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine, plenty of storage (raclette, waffle and sandwich makers), and foosball table.



There are two large bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200) and large TV, the other with two single beds (duvets, pillows, and blankets provided) and an extra folding bed. Covered parking is available.
