"I booked 2 apartments, but I was not let in and the owner wasn't helpful. I had to get hotels.com re-imburse the payment while I had to book somewhere else. This was a very annoying experience. I would not recommend Optimal Apartments, but hotels.com was very helpful. "

"Sehr schönes Appartment mit guter Anbindung an Stockholm. In der Nähe ist fußläufig ein wirklich schöner Badestrand. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin hat reibungslos funktioniert. Bei Rückfragen würde zügig und kompetent reagiert."
