"The house was extremely clean, nicely furnished, had everything we needed. Host was easy to get in touch with. Loved being so close to the beach. Great location, near wineries and restaurants. Definitely would come back again. "

"I absolutely love this place. I took my mom for a quick getaway to release some stress and it did just that. The atmosphere, the sound of the ocean and birds in the morning was just what we needed. I do have to say we encounter 1 or 2 hiccups. Our room looked spotless but, when we opened the door it smelled like pet. We understand that its a pet friendly place which is one of our many reasons for choosing this awesome place but I did not experience this the first time. Also, our basket breakfast was not dropped off at 9am so I had to walk over at 9:18 to the front desk to inquire about it . They were very apologetic and within 5mins we had our breakfast basket delivered amd were able to enjoy it out in the patio. The experience and relaxation overall is a 10 out 10 and will return again."

"The location of this hotel is really good very close too many wineries. The hotel itself it was clean. However, the linens need to be replaced completely the towels had holes in it, the blanket had holes in it. And the bedspread was dirty had dog hair. I had a call to get all that replaced. I Would stay again just for the convenience of the place, but I would definitely take my own towels and linens."

"Morgan was a great host and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Everything in the house was as expected, and the large living room with the enormous TV was great for our evenings and the location was great to explore Long Island. Our dog had a great time in the backyard with a ton of space to run."

"I don’t think you need to read past the headline but just in case you did here are a few words about this amazing property. On Palmer Vineyard property, this spacious antique beauty has 4 bedrooms and they’re ALL en-suite. Yes. Perfect for turning off the interwebs and connecting with those around you (yes there is WiFi and a tv but you won’t want to turn it on. ) Everyone at Palmer is so warm, welcoming and just so hospitable. They go the extra mile to take care of whoever is staying at the house (thank you Patrick!). I can’t say enough great things about our stay."

"This is an amazing and spacious house, where a family can spend one night or one whole year comfortably. At first, the white decor is a bit intimidating but it is a comfortable place with so many small thoughtful touches. The location is great for our events at the Paumanok Vineyards. I would definitely stay here again with my family should we have more events at Paumanok. "
