"I checked in on the app and went straight to my room, no problem. Easy and efficient. I had a problem with the air conditioner leaking in my room and the carpet was soaked. The young man at the desk was super kind and helpful and even upgraded me to a suite. Skip the hotel breakfast, but say hello to the morning staff. I was greeted by people who enjoyed their jobs. As an EV driver, it would have been nice to have a few chargers available on site, even for an up charge. "
