I enjoyed being able to see the river when I woke and before bed. I didn't like the parking. You have to unload then drive around the block to park.

This is a new property, however it was clean, great location, great outdoor areas. Great breakfast!! So many options, clean and fresh. Also, they treat dog people well. My first Fairfield stay and now they are at the top of my list. Bye, Bye Hilton!

Nice hotel. Was expecting a little better view of the river but it’s been super dry so river was down. Lots of cool things to see around hotel if wanting to do a quick walk.

Overall pleasant
I thought the hotel stay, overall, was pleasant. I was greeted by the front desk when I arrived and left. The hotel was clean. The only negative thing I have to say is the room smelled kind of musty. And it would have been nice to have one of those small plastic laundry bags in my room. I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past, and it felt more fresh/newer feeling then. I would still recommend to family and friends though.

Staff was not very friendly or welcoming. Evening check-in employee was very rude when I requested to switch rooms due to my family’s allergies. My original room reeked of dog and dog urine. Evidence of mold in the hotel. Breakfast was mediocre. Otherwise, it met our basic needs.

What an amazing find! Easy check in process. Super clean room and hotel. Very safe area for me and my two young daughters. The river walk is located directly behind the hotel. The mill and playground were fun to walk to. The front view had a train and two clock towers that were fun. I would definitely stay here again! Such a charming area!

Stay in Jasper
Hotel was nice and seemed new. Great location in town right along the river and next to the Riverwalk and historic mill. Near brewery and restaurants. Only downside to our room was it felt very humid even though the AC was running. The room felt cool and damp.
