Come enjoy the Upper Buffalo River Wilderness Area and the quaint town of Jasper, Arkansas, and relax in our cozy cabin overlooking a year-round rock bottom creek. Our three bedroom/two bath cabin is situated perfectly for both those that love nature and those that like the amenities of town close by. We are located 1.4 miles away from the town of Jasper, approximately 7 miles to either the Pruitt or Hasty river access on the Buffalo National River, and 10-20 minutes away from many wonderful day hikes, mountain biking trails and swimming holes.

Or, you may want to just sit, relax, and enjoy the sounds of the creek on one of the two porches overlooking the water. Our cabin has a fully equipped kitchen and a gas and charcoal grill for enjoying meals in, or Jasper has several restaurants for those wanting a meal out. Creekside is fully furnished with linens, towels and bedding and has a full washer/dryer.

Creekside cabin has a bedroom and full bath downstairs, plus upstairs, via loft stairs, there is another full bath and private bedroom with a queen bed and tv. There is also a bonus loft area with two twin beds, new queen sleeper sofa and an additional sitting area. Creekside is perfect for a romantic getaway for two, a couples’ retreat or for a family vacation. If bringing little ones, please use caution with the loft stairs! The outside stairs make it convenient for carrying luggage up to the second story.

**We've made many updates in 2022--New couches with a roomier living area layout, new 43" Smart TV, new king bed, new bedding on all the beds, larger dining table, plus TV’s were added to the upstairs bedroom and loft.

If you’re looking for floating convenience, we are between the Pruitt and Hasty drop points and less than 5 minutes to grocery and all that Jasper has to offer. So, come enjoy a true mountain log-cabin (not rustic!) experience in the Ozarks at a get away perched above a beautiful babbling, super clear rock-bottom creek and make your memories here!

Amazing stay in Jasper Arkansas.

The cabin was amazing—very relaxing and equipped with everything we needed. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which was much appreciated after days of floating and hiking. The dogs loved the creek, and the views from the large front porch were breathtaking. It's just five minutes from town, with no neighbors nearby, making it exceptionally peaceful and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

The location of this cabin was great and the atmosphere was still relaxing. However, the pictures online are outdated as the overgrowth of the creek bed was very heavy. There was also a tree/shrub that blocked much of the view from the porch and needed to be removed. The rock beds were also overgrown with weeds. The downstairs bathroom light didn't work and the outlets were broken too. The showers had issues draining and there was a terrible sulfur smell in the water. Overall it worked for what we needed. But was somewhat of a high price to pay for amenities that are simple to fix.

Great place by the Creek!

Beautiful place to stay. The kids loved playing in the creek and catching crawdads. The night sky was stunning. Plenty of room for the kids to play and enjoy inside or outside.

We had such an amazing time here! Played in the creek, played outside games, cooked out, and floated the Buffalo. We had a blast! Can’t wait to go again next year!

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful time visiting the creekside cabin. Had everything we needed. Located close to town, but feels far away. Creek was alot of fun to explore. Beds were comfy!

Calm, Relaxing Place

We enjoyed our stay. It was a comfortable place for our family of six and we enjoyed having a front porch to sit on and enjoy our morning coffee looking out over the stream. Kids enjoyed playing cornhole/bags and playing by the river.

This property is exactly as described! We so enjoyed staying here! The view is amazing. We loved the creek and enjoyed the property grounds! The cabin had everything and more we needed! Great place

Spent a short 4 days at the cabin. We were welcomed by Allie, the neighbors dog, and it just got better. The creek was flow, but flowing when we got there (Nov 1). There was a storm with much needed rain during our stay and when we left the creek was full and had even overflowed its banks. Scenery was gorgeous and it’s a short drive to Ponca and many of the hiking trails. We will definitely be back.

great “creek”side house

our family ozarks vacation was great at this house. house is clean. very convenient 5 min drive to Jasper. the kids and our dog enjoyed playing in the water with the creek conveniently steps downstairs. overall house is equipped with all needed kitchen supplies if cooking is needed and clean. We all loved our stay and would go back in another occasion.

Family vacation

We spent several nights at this cabin with our kids and grandkids and had a great time! Cabin was clean and well stocked with all we needed to prepare meals. Creek was a hit with the kids as well as the nearby swimming holes. Jake made checking in super simple and was responsive with any questions we had. Great relaxing get away. Stairs mentioned are steep but were not an issue as there were baby gates available at top and for bottom stairs.

Great relaxing weekend.

Every year a group of us get together to catch up and make new memories. We come from Oklahoma, Kansas, and Arkansas. This cabin is great! So thankful the host has directions provided because Google was just shy of getting us there. We had a great time. Those of us that stayed upstairs were very thankful the patio had stairs down to the back patio downstairs. The lift stairs inside are pretty steep. The host took great care of us.

Our stay was everything we had hoped it would be. It was peaceful, beautiful and a wonderful opportunity to reset for a few days before the wedding and just get away and unwind and relax. The cabin is gorgeous and full of character as w lol as providing everything you may need. The porch over looking the creek equipped with rocking chairs is the perfect place to have Morning coffee and take a deep breath of fresh Morning mountain air.

Great location hi Jasper and Buffalo river. Owner was knowledgeable about local hikes, restaurants, and river floats. Appreciated the binder with maps and local info. Loved the big front porch. House was super clean. Great beds. Only complaint was that the area by creek could have been cleared or weed eated some. We were disappointed that the kids couldn’t play in creek, but nothing the owners could control. Creek was pretty much dried up when we went

Beautiful creekside house

The inside is beautiful and well stocked with everything you would need or want.make sure to enjoy an evening or morning on the front porch listening to the creek and star gazing. There are numerous easy access points to Buffalo River that are quiet and very beautiful. We ordered pizza one night from the jasper pizza company and took it back to the cabin. It was good and folks were nice. Great communication with Jake before and after.

Cozy Cabin in the Woods

MawMaw, Pop, my daughter, son-in-law and two grandkids loved this cabin. It was clean, well-stocked and had everthing we could have wanted. The cabin had a great firepit area near a creek which we enjoyed several nights. My 7 year old grandson loved the loft bedroom area that had a tv he could hook-up his gaming system to after a fun day of hiking. This grandma and grandpa have made some great memories of the first hiking trip with a couple of our grandkids. Hope to return to Creekside Cabin in the future. Highly recommend!
