Nicknamed "The First Mountain City," Jasper is located 50 miles north of Atlanta, Georgia. It is also known as the Marble Capital of Georgia. Especially unique is the pink marble as seen at the historic Tate House. The city's small-town atmosphere lends itself to a friendly, mountain experience with good local restaurants, such as the Woodbridge Inn where Chef Hans Rueffert prepares a daily delight of signature dishes. Taste the local wines of Sharp Mountain Vineyards, golf the links at Big Canoe or Bent Tree, and explore the area's Cherokee heritage. Just a short drive from Jasper is the town of Talking Rock where you will find antique shops, a historic schoolhouse museum and artists' displays. Endless opportunities are available for you to explore the stunning North Georgia Mountains during your stay!

The cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway to celebrate my wife’s birthday! The cabin was beautiful inside and out. Its surroundings was also beautiful! The whole experience was a 5-star.
Cozy cabin in beautiful setting. Excellent communication with property manager at all times. For kitchen utensils, the chef’s knife should be sharpened or replaced.

This is our second stay at this location. The location is great. It is close to most of the amenities in Big Canoe.Suggestions to improve a stay at the cabin. There was no hairdryer(wish we had known). The upstairs bedroom needs a darker curtain or a shade(carlights are annoying). An extra blanket needs to be provided in each bedroom, especially during the cold weather.Extra towels would be helpful.Overall, it is a cozy stay!
There was no pool. We did not stay because there was loud construction happening next door - roofing job with generators, nail guns and crewmen yelling back and forth. The place also smelled awful - overpowering sour smell, like animal urine or something.
The cabin itself was beautiful and the location was wonderful! However, the heater was terrible, it was 60 when we arrived at about 4:30, at 9:00 was only up to 66, and it was set on 74. We called the help number to let them know something wasnt working right, the owners? We think came out and took a look and said it was working like it should be. The outside unit made terrible noise and was covered in ice for our whole stay. The second night did get a little warmer up to 69, but it was not enough to heat the cabin. Our daughter who was staying in the loft had to wear multiple layers and use multiple blankets and was still cold up there. Thank goodness for the fireplace as we were able to light it and sit in front of it for heat. Had we been comfortable temperature wise it would have been the perfect stay.
Cabin was very nice. A little small but fine for the 2 of us.
I was disappointed that you couldn’t get national networks to watch football etc. with out streaming. We don’t have streaming services and did not want to sign up for one,
Other than that it was very mice
