"Check in was quick & staff was friendly & professional. Room spacious & clean. My room had a small kitchenette with microwave & pod coffee machine, refrigerator & kettle. Nice decor with balcony overlooking the mountains. Room had two large beds. Bed was comfortable. Ear plugs provided as the main rail line is nearby but I didn’t notice any noise from there personally. The Crimson is easy walk to shops, dining & train station. There is also a restaurant & bar downstairs. Nice & handy & enjoyed my stay at The Crimson. "

"Our building was under renovation due to the Jasper fire. Host, our room has been renovated and was very comfortable, quiet and had a great shower and furnishings. "

"I booked 2 king beds but they gave me 2 queen beds. I asked for 2 king beds but they argued that’s not what I booked so I was stuck paying for 2 kings but sleeping in 2 queens. The hand soap smelled rancid. Very gross. My hands made me gag. The hot tub in the photos no longer exists but there is a smaller hot tub outside. The staff at the front desk were very helpful in tourism around Jasper. "

"Was the Hot tub hot enough??? Idk. It was literally over capacity with children. Was the steam room or dry sauna relaxing? No. They too were packed with children who left doors open allowing the rooms to cool down. Was there ample towels for when we got out of the sauna? Nope. I even walked outside, across the property to the front desk to ask for a couple towels. I was told they would have to be brought by housekeeping. We trusted towels would arrive and they never did. We spent a good 30 min in the dry sauna and when we came out we had to drip dry before walking back to our rooms. No one even showed up with towels "
