La terrasse avec un joli panorama ne fait pas tout

un appartement dont la propreté est à revoir : wc non faits à notre arrivée (tâches d'excréments). Un matelas du lit avec un creux béant au milieu qu'il a fallu combler en entassant des couvertures dessous pour éviter de rouler l'un sur l'autre dans la nuit. Des pratiques malhonnêtes d'encaissement du séjour : le patron n'a pas respecté les options choisies sur hotels.com où nous avions le solde qui devait être encaissé 1 semaine avant notre arrivée. Au lieu de cela, il n'a pas pris d'acompte comme cela devait être le cas, et à débité la totalité du séjour 1 mois avant notre arrivée. Les options choisies étaient donc caduques (en terme aussi d'annulation de séjour). Une restauration proposée qui n'est pas de la région : se fournit exclusivement au Lidl du coin. Bref, tout est à revoir !!

Alptraum

Die Unterkunft war ein totaler Reinfall, der Vermieter scheint komplett überfordert mit der Instandhaltung bzw. der Reinhaltung der Pension. Das „Appartement „ war mit Möbeln vom Sperrmüll eingerichtet, nichts paßte zueinander, die Fensterläden ließen sich offen nicht fixieren, die dafür vorgesehenen Halter waren abgebrochen und lagen auf der Fensterbank usw.. Die Sauberkeit ließ überall zu wünschen übrig, Pool, Flur und Appartement. Wir sind nach einer Nacht vorzeitig abgereist.

Great clean room. Good safe place for bikes. Fantastic pool with amazing views. Friendly helpful owner. Excellent breakfast.
