Fraser hotels in Java, Indonesia

It was amazing. Nice room, very pleasant and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast, good size swimming pool. Very well decorated hotel and rooms, and not too cold.

Great hotel, friendly staff and reception

I had an amazing stay at Shangri-la jakarta. Everything is as I expected and more from a Shangri-la hotel. Love the friendliness of the staff, view from the room was amazing, love the breakfast at satoo restaurant! Top notch! All facilities are impeccable and felt luxurious.

Just a short trip to Surabaya, the hotel was lovely, very friendly staff, very clean. Its a very central location with easy access to the mall's and city.
