The Ayora villa has been renovated and modernized, providing comfort and warmth to this typical Mediterranean-style villa, located in an area with lush vegetation and tranquility.

This villa offers a spacious living room, a dining room with views of the Jávea bay, a fully equipped kitchen and consists of 5 double bedrooms (3 with double beds) and 5 bathrooms in the main house for 10 people, but it has capacity for 12 people with the bedroom with bathroom that has a separate entrance.

It has several outdoor terraces with views that offer different spaces, a swimming pool, a barbecue and a sunbathing area, to be able to enjoy the sunny days and warm nights with friends and/or family.

The villa is equipped with a dining table and a relaxation area for 12 diners. Buen alojamiento pero con posibles mejoras

La casa estaba bien acomodada y hemos tenido una gran estancia. Es grande y para 12 personas es espacioso y cómodo. La falta de aire acondicionado se nota y se pasa mucho calor en verano. Además, había varios ventiladores que ni siquiera funcionaban. La luz se va de vez en cuando, no es un gran problema ya que se restablece en seguida.

Leuk huis!

Heel leuk huis voor grote groep. Verlichting op terras was wat summier en het onderhoud van de tuin was slecht. In oktober is de luchtvochtigheid erg hoog en dat was ook te merken in het huis. Daardoor droogde de kleding en handdoeken minder goed. Veel gebruik gemaakt van de ventilatoren. Service was erg goed.

Muy contentos

El comedor/salón es una pasada, lo mejor de la casa sin duda alguna, las habitaciones muy bien y los baños muy nuevos. Por poner una pega, la casa es un poco laberíntica y si no vas con coche esta un poco lejos del centro y de la playa (40 mins andando aprox, pero si tienes coche son 5/10 que esta muy bien). Por lo demás, hemos disfrutado mucho y nuestra estancia ha sido de lo mas agradable
