For shared use: garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: lift, air conditioning. Shop 400 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 500 m. Sports harbour 3 km, tennis 100 m.
4-room apartment 80 m2 on 1st floor. Spacious and bright, practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (2 x 200 cm), bath/WC. Exit to the terrace. Property has a lot of potential to be fantastic but unfortunately it needs a lot of TLC which was a disappointment. Great location, easy walk to the beach. Good sized apartment and nice communal pool area. Washing machine and dishwasher at the property. No amenities such as beach chairs to bring to poolside, salt/pepper/cooking oil. Interhome did provide a small welcome pack of soap, washing up liquid, cloths and bin bags which was appreciated. The property was not cleaned well prior to our visit - old sofa and chairs clearly very dusty, 4 yr old nephew found a reusable vape. The hairdryer had exposed fuse and wires. One mattress is completely unfit for purpose - springs palpable through it which needed blankets layering under the sheet. Had to ask for extra duvets as 2 beds only had sheets (in early April!). Dirty cups and an old bowl of cooking oil left in the cupboard which almost fell out. With some care to updating the apartment it would be great.
