Old apartment renovated

The apartment is great and has a good location in Javea. It has been renovated and thr kitchen looks fabs. Only 2 things were not good, main door locker doesn't engage well and its not easy to fully open/close the door. Second one is the shower drain, which doesn't drain properly.

Buen lugar de vacaciones.

Es un buen lugar, bien restaurado y completo. Cerca de todos sitios. La urbanización es humilde pero agradable y con gente educada. Encontré un defecto pequeño: en los pisos superiores encienden el aire acondicionado, y el desagüe de este gotea justamente en una regleta de pvc que cubre cables en el exterior de la barandilla de la terraza. Por la noche con el silencio es muy molesto, y si eres una persona de dificil dormir, puede producirte insomnio. Con este problemilla solucionado perfecto.

Nuestro segundo año

El año pasado quedamos enamoradas del piso y decidimos volver. Ubicación inmejorable, limpieza, parking disponible y equipado con todo lo necesario. Hicieron mejoras con respecto al año pasado y diría que lo único a mejorar sería poner un espejo de cuerpo entero y cambiar la puerta del baño que hace un poco de ruido. Por lo demás, un 10.

Net appartement. Helaas weinig zon op het balkon. Keuken is keurig, wel weinig borden pannen etc. Ik heb hier samen met mijn zoontje verbleven en dat ging prima want het is echt wel klein. Slaapbank/bank zit en ligt echt niet lekker en de televisie hangt heel hoog en is klein. En wat echt mist is een bezem. De staat van het appartement is keurig. Spullen en vloeren zijn netjes. Het gebouw zelf is verouderd en in de hal rook het naar urine en er was lekkage.

Suficiente si no se pasa mucho tiempo en el. La terraza bien, pero sin vistas. Cocina nueva y bien equipado. Baño amplio y agradable, pero faltarían un par de ganchos para colgar el albornoz etc. La cama no esta mal, pero al ser de 190 resulta corta para personas altas. A la zona de comer y estar le falta confort y detalles. Sofa muy incomoda. De la TV cuelga un amasijo de cables que desmerece un apartamento que en general es muy aceptable para estancias cortas. Parking exterior cubierto privado

Reformado y muy limpio

Apartamento muy reformado y muy limpio, cama cómoda y buena ducha. Buen plaza de parking, pasamos 3 días muy buenos. Tiene hasta una sombrilla y silla para la playa. La cocina está nueva y totalmente equipada.

Appartement très propre, confortable et bien situé

Tres satisfait de notre location, très bonne literie , appartement suffisamment spacieux pour 2 personnes. Proche de toute commodité et a 5mn de la plage. Le seul petit problème tres mauvaise pour ne pas impossibilité d'avoir une connexion à internet.

Apartamento bien equipado y cerca de la playa

El apartamento está a 5 minutos andando de la Playa de Levante. Cuenta con nevera cafetera, satén y menaje de cocina, plancha para ropa e incluso una sombrilla para la playa. Tiene aire acondicionado en el salón, suficiente para enfriar también la habitación.

Fine apartment for a few days.

This apartment is very clean and has the basic amenities for a for a few days. It is a completely renovated space in an old apartment complex. It is close to Playa Arenal and shopping. It would be nice if there was a comfortable couch or chair to sit in. Overall happy with the apartment.

The appartment was very nice and clean, There was a couple of minor things, chair on balcony broke, and the sunblinds on the balcony (right) was stuck, but otherwise everything was in order. I would book again by interhome.
