Layout: The villa has two floors connected by stairs. On the main floor, there is a beautiful living room with large windows overlooking the sea and access to a terrace, the kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and an additional bathroom.

From the living room, there is direct access to the main terrace with sofas and a large table offering panoramic sea views. The kitchen also provides direct access to another terrace with a large table and eight chairs.

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms, and a full bathroom. From the upstairs hallway, you can access a lovely terrace with a sofa, sun loungers, and a coffee table where you can enjoy the sunset or read a book with unique panoramic sea views.

The exterior of the house covers an area of ​​880 m². It features a large swimming pool, an artificial grass area, a covered pergola for sunbathing, and a space for playing football, basketball, or table tennis with the children, or simply for relaxing in the sun.
