With a view of the mountain, the villa Los Caños in Jávea is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include a dryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, as well as towels (please note that beach towels are not provided). This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower.

The villa features terraces, both open and covered, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the evening. Moreover, a pool is available for your use. To ensure proper pool maintenance, guests are asked to use the pool shower and apply only waterproof sunscreen.

The villa is located close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful natural spots, and the hosts recommend visiting the coves and wild beaches in the area. There are also several walking paths nearby, including a scenic trail that leads up Montgó, a tropical mountain offering spectacular views.

The villa is only a 20-minute walk and a 5-minute drive from Arenal Beach. Guests do not need to use a car to go to restaurants, shops, or Arenal Beach.

2 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.

Families with children are welcome.

2 pets are allowed.

Smoking indoors and celebrating events are not allowed.

Guests are expected to dispose of waste properly using the two provided bins for wet and dry residue, and use only toilet paper in the toilets. Garbage bags must be taken daily to designated pickup points.

A change of towels or bed linen can be requested to the host. Please note that the washing machine can only be used for the guests' clothes, towels and bed linen cannot be washed by guests.

Bed linen and towels are not changed unless guests stay is for a minimum of two weeks, in which case they will be changed on the eighth day.

Please note that bed linen and towels are only for indoor use (towels cannot be used as beach/pool towels).
