Brand new apartment completely renovated on the beachfront with sea views, WIFI, air conditioning, electric radiators and parking, 21-inch TV connected to two satellite dishes with English, German, French channels. It also has a large terrace with awnings that give privacy and protect you from when the sun is annoying in summer.
It is ideal to spend any season of the year, electric radiators give great comfort in winter and the air conditioning and sea breeze make it perfect for summer.
It has a room, bathroom with shower and a kitchen lounge with a pleasant terrace from which to enjoy the sound of the sea and its views.
Las Rocas beach is 10 meters away which is ideal for snorkeling and enjoying the seabed of Javea.
It is ideal for couples and it would also be possible for them to come with a child who would have to use the sofa bed in the living room.
The garage is within the same urbanization.
The urbanization has two swimming pools for adults and two for children and gym.

Lovely clean apartment with everything you need from a holiday home. Fully equipped kitchen large balcony. Needed heating a couple of evenings lovely and warm. Nice little touches such as a bottle of water and coffee pods the night light in the bathroom was ideal.

Great view and location

The apartment is comfortable and nicely decorated as in the photos. The balcony has view of the ocean and mountains to the south. Short, pleasant walk to Arenal Beach and all the restaurants. Covered parking and a fast elevator. The manager, Carmen, was very instructive and helpful. More importantly, she was so nice to deal with when I thought there was a problem. Actually, I didn’t close the laundry dispenser all the way (user error!) causing water on the floor. She promptly sent someone to look at the issue and even hung my wet clothes while I was out. When she explained it was just the dispenser she didn’t make me feel bad about it. The owner was also easy to deal with regarding rental dates. Javea is a special place with nice people.

First class apartment close to the beach

Modern fully equipped apartment situated a short walk from the El Arenal resort. Flat was spotlessly clean and fresh and excellent seamless communication with Fatima the owner from start to finish. Would certainly return to this apartment again.

THE APARTMENT WAS IMPECCABLY PRESENTED WITH EXCELLENT FACILITIES. THE POOL AREA WAS ALSO EXCELLENT. THE APARTMENT IS A REASONABLE WALK INTO THE ARENAL, BUT THAT IS NORMAL FOR JAVEA. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Excellent and very very Comfortable Apartment

We came here in November, and had a wonderful time. Everything you need is in this very well appointed Apartment. The view from the balcony, which has comfortable seating, is excellent A very short walk to Arenal where there are lots of shops and restaurants and a Supermarket. Fatima was an excellent host, answered any queries immediately and gave us lots of information on where to go. She organised someone to meet us when we arrived very late. Kaija showed us around the apartment and explained everything. Could not fault it.We will be returning next year for sure.

Vue imprenable sur la mer

En famille ; nous avons décidé de découvrir Xavia et ses environs. L appartement de l hôte Fatima est une petite pépite tant de par son emplacement que de par sa vue imprenable. La résidence est très agréable ; et très bien sécurisé. Nous ne pouvons que mettre un 20/20 pour cette location avec une mention toute particulière pour Fatima l hôte qui a su nous donner de bonnes adresses et nous aiguiller sur les visites incontournables. El apartamento totalmente equipado, ideal para parejas, tiene una cama extra en el salón (sofá- cama que no utilizamos). Las vistas a la playa "Segon Montanyar" en primera línea. El colchón del dormitorio de los más cómodos que he probado, y ventilador en el techo muy práctico. Por poner alguna pega, al apartamento le falta mayordomo.

Nicest apartment we have stayed in June 2019

We have just arrived home after 4 nights in the apartment.It really is super cute,the view is so lovely we spent some lovely hours sitting on the balcony.Everything looks brand new and very clean,couldn’t fault a thing.Fatama and Sharon were great and communication was excellent hope to return one day.

Enjoyable, BUT?

The property was spotless & plenty off room for the 2 off us, Really only a small thing! We could have done with another mirror, we had to wait on each other to get dressed has the only mirror was in the bathroom, The location was ok but there is a lot off road works outside so has new commers to the resort we could not find the property by sat nav because the road was shut off on arrival & we did not know which other way to find it, if we had been told it would have been easier, , Having said all that we would use the property again, We originally booked for 2 full weeks but had to cancel a few days which the owner reimbursed us for the days she could resell, Thanks Fatima, Thanks Sandra, Steve & Deb
