About this property
New traditional-style villa just a stone's throw from a beautiful cove
- I’m an architect, and two years ago I bought this rustic house and renovated it to spend holidays with my family, since we live in Valencia, an hour away from Javea.
I renovated the house with great care, both inside and out. The garden features different areas where you can read, eat, hang out with friends, or relax and enjoy the Mediterranean vegetation. It includes a paella grill and barbecue, an outdoor kitchen with a counter, and a saltwater pool. It’s a 5-minute walk from one of Jávea’s most beautiful coves. The property includes a guest house and is fully accessible throughout the outdoor area, with ramps along all pathways.
