This 3 bedroom property has an inviting private pool and 2 brick BBQ’s, where you can rustle up some holiday meals and enjoy them alfresco. Located in the popular resort of Javea, you’ll find a restaurant within easy walking distance, while the attractive Old Town and Arenal Beach can both be reached within a 10 minute drive. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

You’ll find a complex located around 10 minutes’ walk away, with a pool, bar, restaurant and tennis courts – ideal if you want to stay close to your villa. The small, pebbly cove of Portixol is a 5 minute drive away, while the wide, sandy beach of Arenal can be reached within a short drive too. Here you’ll find plenty of restaurants and bars along the promenade. 10 minutes’ by car will take you to Javea Old Town, a charming maze of cobbled streets and traditional tapas bars.
