"The staff were friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel and aren’t concerned about much else, this may be a suitable option. We stayed for seven nights, which ended up feeling much longer than we would have liked. On our second day, housekeeping refreshed our towels but accidentally left our room door open all day. After that experience, we chose not to use housekeeping services again, which became inconvenient when it came to managing our trash. The rooms were not the cleanest, although the bed itself seemed decent. However, the bedding and much of the room’s furnishings appeared worn and outdated. On a positive note, the complimentary breakfast was one of the better continental breakfasts we’ve had. I believe this hotel has a lot of potential if it were better maintained and updated. The pool was only open during the first two days of our stay, and it’s very small. Families with young children might get more use out of booking a room with a large tub, as it could be just as enjoyable for kids"

"Visiting Oneonta to attend baseball games at Cooperstown All Star Village. It is a short 10 minute drive away. A clean and comfortable hotel near a small shopping mall. Staff was overly welcoming and attentive to our questions and to provide assistance. This general manager has surely established a professional atmosphere as exhibited by the employees we met and our observation of the overall appearance of the hotel. A quiet atmosphere for families and a pool for the young at heart. Parking spaces in abundance. There are other hotels in the near by area but you cannot go wrong with this Quality Inn."
