"Scott who checked us in was SUCH a gem. Room was lovely, view was lovely. Really enjoyed walking around the back area in the evening and hearing/meeting all the frogs. My partner and I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely choose Caesars Southern Indiana again."

"Great customer service! We stayed for a festival in Louisville. I went in and checked in early check-in, they confirmed the type of room I had booked and said nothing was available (completely understandable it was 9am) came back around 12:30am to check in to find out even after confirming room type they gave that room to someone else. The staff in the lobby was so helpful and booked us another room at no charge on top of just a double bed room. Would stay again! "

"This place was great! We were going to an event at the festival grounds and wanted somewhere within walking distance. Honestly? I wasn’t expecting it to be as nice as it was. The staff were so nice and the room was recently renovated. It was very clean and comfortable as well. The only downside was the noise from the airport and interstate nearby. But that was expected for the location. Overall, it was a great stay. "
