The condo sits on the banks of the Ohio River, directly across from Louisville. You can drive across the bridge to downtown in less than 5 minutes, or take an easy stroll across the lit and picturesque walking bridge.

An abundance of restaurants and attractions are within walking distance on both the Indiana and Kentucky sides of the river. Grocery stores and shopping are within a few miles. I-65 is right around the corner and travel is easy.

2-bdrm/2.5 bath unit w/ private entrance & 2-car garage. Master bedroom with king size bed opens onto a private balcony. A second bedroom has a queen size bed. Several guests have told us they have gotten the best night's sleep of their life here! Two portable twin beds can be placed in either bedroom or downstairs if needed. Private patio. Indoor & outdoor pools & gym.

The entire place, including private patio, balcony, and garage are yours to enjoy! You also have access to the onsite pools, grills, and gym. Check in is easy thanks to a coded lock box.

Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and bottled water as well as basic pantry items and light snacks are stocked and ready for your arrival! Ample free parking is available for guests. A desk is provided in both bedrooms with basic office supplies.

NOTE: Due to Covid-19 precautions, only registered guests will be permitted to use the pool. Per health department regulations and condo policies, ALL children in diapers are required to use swim diapers when using the pools.

Excellent location!

The hosts are great to work with, the condo was well stocked, clean, and the perfect location for the activities we had planned during our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back soon!

Great spot on the river

Property was amazing, very spacious with a phenomenal view. Loved the close proximity to downtown Louisville. Owners responded quickly to questions and were very accommodating. 10 out of 10 would recommend, and will be staying again.

Great Location and Property!

This was a great location, just off the river and close to Louisville! Great view of the River! We loved the condo, it had great spaces and amenities! The separate beds were super useful for sleeping everyone in our family comfortably. We would stay here again!

This was an excellent place to stay for a long weekend in Louisville. It was easy access to and from the city. Great views and outdoor space. Sunrise and sunsets were awesome. Inside was just what we needed. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great location. On the Ohio river. In an historical area. So lively. Minutes from downtown Louisville. View is excellent. Place is clean. Size is huge like a home. Great to have your own attached garage. No hiking with your luggage. You will watch the sunset every night. And excellent restaurants across the street. Will book again.

Great Condo!

The condo has much to offer. Exercise room, indoor and outdoor pools. Patio for viewing the river. The condo was well stocked, even had a snack basket and coffee. We were two couples taking in the Bourbon trail, a race at Churchill Downs and local museums. The location was perfect just a quick trip across the bridge before you were at all the area had to offer. We drove there and the garage parking was a big plus. Many of the homes on the Louisville side of the river didn’t offer parking! The host was easy to contact and quick to respond. Great communication! We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends looking to visit the area!

Great location

This condo was a great find for us. Looked for a place to stay in Louisville to be a central location for things to do until son graduated from Advanced Camp at Fort Knox, KY. I had focused on what to do in Louisville so much that I did not even think to make time for hot spots around Jeffersonville - was surprised to learn our stay was actually in Indiana just right across the river over the bridge! Our first night we went to Fourth Street Live to enjoy “Hot Country Nights” - only to come back to condo and hear a great band playing across the street at Kingfish (great food!) followed by an evening stroll to the color changing lit up pedestrian bridge. Next day at the pool had welcoming neighbors. Close to grocery store for a beverage run - but the hosts go above and beyond to supply just enough snacks, coffee, and toiletry/laundry items if needed. The “Welcome Guests” book to sign leaves a memorable record of everyone’s stay, and I even learned a few other things to do for next time! Although we could not take advantage of early check in, the hosts were able to accommodate our request. We highly recommend this lovely stay overlooking the Ohio River!

Wow.. this condo does not disappoint!

We were looking for a place to stay near Derby Dinner Playhouse where we were taking our 3 grandchildren ages 4,5 &8. While scrolling through area properties, I was drawn to this property by the pictures of the view of the river and bridges. But the pictures do not do justice to the beauty and majesty of the view. The place is spacious and comfortable with lots of flexibility for accomodating both small and larger families with comfortable sleeping arangemnents. The outdoor and indoor pools were a great amenity. The host is responsive and helpful and I really appreciate the detailed instructions provided for the location, access, parking and even using the TV remotes! The host even made suggestions for local activities he thought the kids would enjoy. I cant think of a single thing we needed and didnt have at our fingertips. The location was easy to find with tons of cool activities and restaurants in walking distance. An extra surprise was a nightly fireworks show right across the river that we watched from the balcony in our PJs! We weren't sure what that was all about but it was definitely topped off the experience! If staying in southern Indiana or Louisville area.. this will definitely not disappoint!

Bourbon trail lodging

This was the most perfect place!Right across the river from Louisville and near all kinds of great restaurants and coffee shops, not to mention walking distance to the pedestrian bridge over the river.The apartment was clean and very nice, the grandkids loved the pools!Next time we will be staying longer!!

Beautiful property

We stayed here for a weekend due to a funeral. Property was clean, spacious and had amazing views of downtown Louisville and the river. Safe and clean neighborhood. Amenities were amazing, we utilized the pools to relax at the end of our stay. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
