Brownstone Lodge – Private 55-Acre Retreat with Hot Tub & Fire Pit

Welcome to Brownstone Lodge, a fully renovated 2-story Log Cabin retreat situated on 55 beautiful acres of rolling countryside in Jeffersonville, Kentucky. Designed with a modern theme, Brownstone Lodge is a unique mix of a rustic Log Cabin shell filled with modern cabin decor inside. Built with large families and groups in mind, this spacious lodge is loaded with activities and makes a great home base to relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories.

The main level features an inviting open living area with vaulted ceiling, 65-inch Smart TV, plenty of plush seating, a wood burning fireplace, cute letter desk in case work can't wait. It is open to the fully equipped kitchen and dedicated Dining Room with a bay Window. The kitchen features all new, modern appliances including refrigerator, electric oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all of the cookware and dinnerware you need for a weekend retreat, or an extended stay. The luxurious master suite is complete with a king bed, cozy reading corner, private access to the covered porch, and huge en suite tile shower bathroom with soaking tub and his and hers sinks. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with step-in tile shower with built in bench seat and double sink. Two bedrooms are furnished with twin beds and the larger bedroom is a partially open loft offering a king bed plus two futons for additional sleeping space.

The lower level is the entertainment zone. Starting with a huge 90-inch Smart television facing a wall of custom built-in twin bunk beds that sleep four guests comfortably and plush couch seating for all to enjoy Streaming the big Game. The game room features a central sound system, Foosball Table, Air Hockey Table, board games, high top Wet Bar with stools, Smart TV's, and a very cool commercial cooler is provided as well. A laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer, crucial for large groups is provided for guest use.

Step outside and relax in the 5-6 person hot tub after a day of exploring while enjoying tongues of fire whip in the gas fire-pit. Gather in the front yard at the large open fire pit with a great view of the stars, or challenge family and friends to a game of cornhole. The property's six-hole Frisbee golf game provides fun for all ages. Multiple covered porches offer outdoor dining options, and comfy seating to enjoy morning coffee while take in the surrounding views.
Outdoor cooking is easy with two propane grills available making Brownstone Lodge the perfect destination for cookouts and gatherings. Whether you're planning a family vacation, friends' getaway, holiday celebration, or weekend retreat, Brownstone Lodge combines comfort, recreation, and privacy in one unforgettable setting.

Altogether, Brownstone Lodge is one of the most unique Cabins we are proud to offer and can accommodate up to 14 guests when utilizing the futons.

Pet friendly with a $50 + tax fee, per pet. Pets must be crated if left alone in the cabin.
While not centrally located to the State or National Parks of Red River Gorge, it is a scenic 30-minute drive making it an excellent option for motorcyclists or guests who wish to make the winding and rolling roads part of the adventure.
Propane for the grills and fire pit are monitored and provided by Scenic Cabin Rentals.
Firewood is available to purchase for delivery to the cabin when booking. It is available locally as well.
All utilities are on reliable city connections.
