"I stayed one night, before early flight from Jeju airport. Lovely spacious and clean room. With view of the fountains outside. The staff were very helpful with calling a cab for the airport and making sure I could pay for it with my UK bank card. Perfect stop for access to the airport."

"the hotel in the old town and just opposite Gwandeokjeong 관덕정, visit with hanbok wearing. There is hanbok shop jus next to the hotel, that make a perfect day stay. The hotel jus revamped, I don't know how it looked before, it is gorgeous now!"

"The property was close to the market and buses, and the staff were always friendly. No complaints—it was exactly as advertised. Worth noting that it’s not close to many of the nature-related sites (~45 mins to an hour to most), but that’s obvious if you look at the map when booking. "

"The hotel uses self checkin but when I had an issue, a lady immediately came to help. Although she didn’t speak any English, she immediately called an interpreter service and we were able to take care of the administrative things. Room was spacious, good AC, tv, water boiler and even hair dryer. Bed was comfortable too. Overall, it was great value for money and service was outstanding given that I don’t speak any Korean. "

"The only staff we met supposedly the owner. Not seen most of them time. When in need of help, need to call a number at the front desk but never pick up. Room is big but old. Almost got locked in toilet. There was a underwear left by the previous guest. There is simple breakfast though."
