"Property owner was very responsive before my check in date. However, on the day itself, they sent me an email with a lot of instructions but without unit entry code details. I spent almost an hour panicking until I found another guest who was returning to his unit. Thankfully he spoke English and suggested a solution which worked! We tried calling the number given in the confirmation, there was an auto reply so no help there. Imagine tired and anxious, stranded in a strange land at 8pm! There...

"Although the room was a good size, with everything you would need for a short or extended stay, it didn't live up to the ratings on Expedia. The place is dated and could use some TLC. Our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed after the last visitor (we found hairs and dust), so we didn't feel comfortable unpacking and there was some damage to the bathroom door that made it hard to slide open/closed. "Bright, airy, cheerful, spacious...comfortably accommodated our family of five, with room for the youngest to do cartwheels in the living room. Some signs of wear on the cupboard doors and such just beginning, a bit of mold starting in the bathroom grout, but the sliding doors and windows seem new, sturdy, and function smoothly, and overall cleanliness very good. "This place is very difficult to find. The phone number on hotels.com is not registered with the address, so it will be difficult to locate even when using GPS. By public bus, I think the bus only operates twice a day and probably does not operate on Sundays. it is just a waste that such a wonderful experience was hampered by the difficulty to look for the location.
